- •Monitor truck locations and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
- •Communicate with drivers throughout their shift to resolve issues quickly
- •Maintain accurate records of loads, revenue, and driver performance
- •Coordinate with dispatch team to maximize truck utilization and minimize downtime
