Responsibilities
- •Make a plan for upcoming drivers
- •Organize and conduct driver orientation
- •Keep ongoing communication with drivers and HR team
- •Coordinate new hire process
- •Ensure all required documents compliance and onboarding steps
- •Support drivers and resolve questions
- •Work closely with the safety dispatch and management teams
