Responsibilities

•Communicate with drivers and brokers (DAT)
•Report delays, issues, and delivery confirmations
•Ensure data accuracy in transportation management systems (TMS)
• Monitor and update shipment statuses in the company’s tracking system

Required Skills

Experience with TMS (Ditat, DataTruck) or similar systems is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).Strong attention to detailsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
