• •• English language proficiency and fluent communication skills. Strong analytical skills.
• •• Responsibility and ability to follow through on tasks.
• •• Ability to work with violation notifications, provide appropriate responses, and take measures to prevent repeated violations.
• •• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers from a psychological perspective.
• •• Confident knowledge and experience using the Motive platform.
• •• Age: 21+.
• •• At least 6 months of experience in a Monitoring Department, preferably in a role related to people’s safety and security.
