Responsibilities

•Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and roadside assistance. Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and service providers. Maintain accurate records of repairs, expenses, and vehicle documents. Follow up on equipment issues until they are fully resolved. Prepare daily fleet updates and reports for management. PTI Management

1–2+ years in U.S. trucking, fleet operations, maintenance coordination, or dispatchFamiliarity with preventive maintenance schedulesExperience communicating with repair shops, dealerships, road service, towing companies, and driversKnowledge of DOT equipment requirements and basic FMCSA vehicle compliance18+ OnlyFluent Russian is a mustFluent English is a must
