Update Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Monitoring active loads and tracking driver locations
• •Updating brokers and customers about pickup/delivery status
• •Reporting delays, breakdowns, weather issues, or detention risks
• •Scheduling and confirming pickup/delivery appointments
• •Making sure tracking apps are connected and working
• •Uploading PODs (Proof of Delivery) and shipment documents
• •Verifying loaded/empty status of trailers
• •Monitoring detention time and layover situations
• •Coordinating with warehouses, receivers, and shippers when needed
