Responsibilities
- •1–2 years of experience in driver settlements, payroll, accounting, or back-office support in US trucking
- •Working knowledge of a TMS (DataTruck, McLeod, PCS, or similar) and settlement processing
- •Understanding of driver pay structures — per mile, percentage, flat rate — and standard deductions
- •Ability to read and reconcile rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and fuel card reports
- •Strong Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting
- •High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
- •Strong professional English, written and verbal, for handling driver pay questions
- •Ability to work to strict weekly settlement deadlines
- •Discretion with confidential pay information
