Responsibilities
- •Monitor Samsara daily for driver activity
- •Schedule and track DOT drug and alcohol testing
- •Monitor driver qualification files
- •Review driver MVRs, PSP reports, violations, accidents, inspections, and safety history.
- •Maintain accident registers and required DOT accident documentation.
- •Track vehicle compliance and required documents
- •Track driver safety violations and issue warnings
- •Conduct regular driver safety coaching based on Samsara
- •Review dashcam events and determine when coaching or disciplinary action is required.
- •Prepare weekly and monthly safety reports for management

Strong knowledge of trucking safety and DOT complianceExperience with SamsaraKnowledge of driver qualification filesAbility to track CDLs, medical cards, permits, registrations, inspections, and expiration datesStrong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple drivers and trucks at the same timeAbility to review dashcam footage and Samsara safety events
