Responsibilities
- •Be the first point of contact for our U.S. drivers and build real relationships with them
- •Listen to driver issues, find out what actually happened, and work with dispatch, safety, and accounting until it's resolved
- •Follow up on every open issue so nothing gets forgotten
- •Find out what the real issue is: pay, home time, breakdown, dispatch, or paperwork
