Responsibilities
- •Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery Track drivers and provide real-time shipment updates Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers Update load statuses in the TMS/CRM system Identify delays and escalate issues promptly Ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication
