Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• •• Manage daily accounting operations for a fuel card company.
• •• Record and reconcile fuel card transactions, customer payments, invoices, and account balances.
• •• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• •• Prepare and review invoices, payment records, and financial documentation.
• •• Reconcile customer accounts and identify discrepancies in transactions or balances.
• •• Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• •• Assist with monthly financial closing and reporting.
• •• Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records.
• •• Review fuel card transactions and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
