Responsibilities
- •Monitor and track active shipments in real time Provide regular load updates to customers, brokers, and dispatchers Communicate with drivers regarding shipment status and delays Update TMS and internal systems with accurate load information Identify and escalate service issues or delivery risks Coordinate with dispatch, safety, and customer service teams Ensure all shipment milestones are properly documented Maintain accurate records of communications and load statuses Verify pickup and delivery appointments Support customers by providing timely and professional updates throughout the transportation process
Required Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting Load tracking and shipment monitoring Knowledge of trucking operations and logistics Problem-solving and critical thinking Time management and multitasking Proficiency with TMS, ELD, and tracking platforms Data entry and documentation management Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
