Responsibilities

• •Track and monitor loads using platforms such as Amazon Relay, J.B. Hunt 360, Schneider, ITS, and other carrier systems Provide real-time status updates on pickups, in-transit milestones, and deliveries Communicate proactively with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and internal teams to prevent delays Identify potential issues (late pickups, delays, breakdowns) and take proactive corrective actions Maintain accurate documentation and system updates in QM Support dispatch and operations teams with daily load management tasks Manage multiple loads efficiently. Maintain professional conduct in all communications (email, phone, messaging platforms).
