Responsibilities
- •Contact roadside services and repair shops across the U.S. Explain unit issues and request diagnostics, estimates, and ETAs Negotiate pricing and compare multiple service options when possible Decide between roadside repair vs shop service based on urgency and cost Obtain approvals and ensure work stays within budget guidelines Keep drivers and dispatch updated on service status and timelines Document all service details (vendor, estimate, approval, ETA) Build and maintain a list of reliable and cost-effective vendors
