Responsibilities
- •Accounts Payable
- •Process and record company bills and vendor invoices.
- •Manage recurring expenses such as insurance, trailers, ELD, fuel cards, permits, tolls, maintenance, and other services.
- •Maintain accurate records of outstanding payables.
- •Accounts Receivable
- •Track invoices issued to brokers/customers and Monitor outstanding receivables and payment status.
- •Verify that completed loads are properly invoiced and Follow up on unpaid invoices and payment discrepancies.
- •Factoring
- •Prepare and review driver settlements.
Required Skills
2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Experience with factoring companies and factoring statements is highly requiredStrong QM and Excel/Google Sheets skills.Strong communication skills and Perfect ENGLISH!!!Good organizational and time-management skills.Problem-solving skills and willingness to follow up until an issue is resolved.
