Responsibilities
- •Send regular check-calls to brokers and customers to provide load status updates.
- •Track drivers using ELD systems such as Samsara and KeepTruckin.
- •Update the TMS with current load information and any changes.
- •Notify stakeholders of any delays and provide timely updates.
- •Confirm proof of delivery (POD) with drivers and communicate to relevant parties.
Required Skills
Proficient in using TMS software like McLeod, Tailwind, or AscendTMS.Strong English communication skills for effective phone interactions.Familiarity with ELD systems such as Samsara and KeepTruckin.Attention to detail for accurate load tracking and updates.Ability to manage time effectively to align with US hours.Strong problem-solving skills to address delays and issues promptly.Experience in customer service within the logistics or trucking industry.
