Responsibilities

•Assist senior dispatchers with daily dispatch and load operations.
•Monitor active loads, driver locations, ETAs, pickups, and deliveries.
•Communicate with drivers and provide dispatch instructions and updates.
•Communicate with brokers regarding load status, delays, appointments, and documents.
•Upload and manage required documents such as PODs, BOLs, and receipts.
•Identify operational issues, follow up on routine matters, and escalate important issues to senior dispatchers.

At least 3 - 6 months of experience in a logistics, dispatch, or customer service environment preferred
