Responsibilities
- •Communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers regarding loads
- •Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time pick-up, and delivery
- •Resolve transportation issues and provide timely updates to customer
- •Enter and maintain accurate data-entry in the system
- •Assist with load planning and daily brokerage operations
