HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Learning, adapting and meeting the deadlines,
• •IMPORTANT: MUST send the resume and video introduction about himself. Otherwise, the candidate WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
• •We currently have 24 trucks and do both Amazon and DAT loads. We mainly do PO loads/lanes (lanes are PO and load out back with street loads, also our trailer pools with coming back with our trailer). MC is over 3 years old. Not a dispatch service. The office is located near to Jome Krug.
• •The salary will start from $150 / $200 for candidates with no experience; higher experience will get paid higher salary.
• •Free internship, lasting 4 weeks. In the first 3 weeks, it's 9 hours per day (full shift); in the 4th week, it's 5 hours per day. At the end of the internship, we will assess your knowledge. If you are successful in the assessment, we can offer you a job in the HR department.
• •HR Responsibilities : Maintain CDL licenses, medical cards, and DQ files for FMCSA compliance; track hours-of-service and driver logs; coordinate onboarding and driver paperwork; manage attendance and scheduling; support driver-dispatch communication on HR matters; verify payroll/settlements with dispatch; handle driver complaints and disciplinary matters; and ensure drug/alcohol testing and safety training compliance.
