Fleet Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Manage and coordinate fleet maintenance operations for client trucks Handle maintenance cases end-to-end: driver report → shop selection → estimate approval → repair monitoring → invoice validation Coordinate roadside assistance, towing, and in-shop repairs Select and manage repair shops and vendors based on issue type and cost efficiency Review, negotiate, approve or reject repair estimates Monitor vehicle availability, downtime, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules Ensure DOT compliance, inspections, registrations, and required documentation Maintain accurate fleet records, service history, and reports Control all maintenance-related documents and invoices Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams during main or after-hours shifts
