Responsibilities
- •Post ads on driver job boards and recruit CDL drivers via phone, cold outreach, and referrals.
- •Conduct phone screens to evaluate CDL history, driving experience, and pay expectations.
- •Verify CDL validity, MVR (Motor Vehicle Records), PSP reports, Clearinghouse status, and medical cards.
- •Schedule drug screens, background checks, road tests, and orientation sessions.
Required Skills
Expertise in sourcing OTR, regional, or dedicated truck drivers.Strong understanding of driver qualification rules, HOS, and compliance checks.Strong phone presence to clearly pitch pay packages, routes, home time, and equipment.Ability to quickly move qualified drivers through screening to get them on the road.
