Responsibilities

•Sourcing, negotiating, and booking high-paying reefer loads via DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships.
•Managing temperature requirements (continuous vs. cycle-sentry), pre-cooling checks, pulp temps, and seal protocols.
•Tracking loads 24/7, providing timely updates to brokers, and coordinating delivery appointments/lumpers.
•Route planning, monitoring driver Hours of Service (HOS), and minimizing empty deadhead miles.

Required Skills

Deep knowledge of US freight lanes, seasonal reefer markets (produce/meat runs), and reefer detention/layover management.Ability to handle high-pressure operational situations and problem-solve on the fly.
