Responsibilities
- •Timely and correctly update shipment status in the system
- •Perform scheduled check-in calls or messages with drivers
- •Report delays, issues, or exceptions to dispatch/management
- •Document breakdowns, late pickups/deliveries, and other incidents
- •Ensure data accuracy and completeness in all records
- •English proficiency is required for communication with drivers and U.S. clients
- •Monitor active loads (US time zones)
