Responsibilities

• •Finding and booking profitable loads on load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) • Negotiating rates with brokers and shippers • Planning efficient routes and keeping trucks loaded with minimal deadhead • Staying in constant communication with drivers from pickup to delivery • Handling delays, breakdowns, detentions, and appointment changes • Working with company drivers and owner-operators • Coordinating with Safety, Fleet, and After-hours teams • Keeping load details and documents accurate in the TMS
