Responsibilities

  • •Monitor trucks and drivers through Samsara, including routes, restricted roads, and driving events.
  • • Monitor alerts throughout the shift and take appropriate action.
  • • Contact drivers to clarify issues and collect feedback.
  • •Review internal calls for quality and prepare reports based on findings
  • • Record incidents, feedback, and reports for the responsible department.

Required Skills

: Confident spoken and written English.Confident spoken and written RussianComfortable making calls and communicating with drivers.Polite, patient, and professional on the phoneAble to assess communication quality fairly and objectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused throughout the shift.Confident computer skills.Willingness to work night hours.
