HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Source candidates through job boards (HH.uz, LinkedIn, Telegram groups), referrals, and other channels
• •Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• •Conduct initial phone/video screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit
• •Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• •Write and post job advertisements across relevant platforms
• •Maintain and update the candidate database/pipeline for open and future roles
• •Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the hiring process
• •Negotiate offers and support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
• •Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) and report progress to management
• •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill positions
• •Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
