Responsibilities

•Book and manage Amazon Relay loads.
•Monitor load boards and secure the best available freight.
•Communicate with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and route changes.
•Track shipments and provide real-time updates.
•Resolve issues related to appointments, detention, TONU, layovers, and load cancellations.
•Maintain compliance with Amazon Relay requirements and carrier policies.
•Negotiate rates when applicable.
•Monitor driver HOS (Hours of Service) and equipment availability.
•Submit and follow up on disputes, detention requests, and payment issues.
•Coordinate with brokers, shippers, receivers, and Amazon support.
•Keep dispatch records, load information, and driver documents organized.
•Ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance.

Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Relay.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple trucks.Knowledge of DAT, Amazon Relay, and ELD systems.Basic understanding of trucking regulations and HOS rules.Good computer and multitasking skills.English proficiency (written and spoken).
