Responsibilities
- •• Recruit and screen CDL drivers. • Conduct interviews and driver onboarding. • Maintain driver qualification (DQ) files and employment records. • Explain company policies, pay structure, and benefits. • Handle driver concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution. • Support driver retention and engagement initiatives. • Coordinate with Safety, Fleet, and Dispatch departments. • Monitor driver satisfaction and provide regular feedback to management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. • Assist with orientation and training programs
