Accounting and Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable and maintain accurate records
• • Submit invoices and supporting documents (BOL, POD, rate confirmations) to the factoring company and track funding status
• •Prepare driver settlements and verify load details, including rates, miles, and deductions.
• •Prepare statements, reimbursements, and expense reports.
• •Process driver paychecks, including fuel, tolls, and advances.
• •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
• •Need to know how to prepare FINANCIAL STATEMENTS and ANALYZE THEM
