Responsibilities
- •• Bookkeeping • P&L and balance sheet
- •Submit invoices to factoring company.
- •• Monitoring expenses
- •• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and on time.
- • Process driver and employee payroll

Hands-on experience with QuickManage

- •• Review and control invoices, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances
- •• Perform account, bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations
- •• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely collection of receivables
- •• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
- •• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
