Responsibilities
- •Search for and secure profitable loads for trucks.
- •Focus primarily on USPS loads, while also finding other suitable freight when needed.
- •Contact brokers and complete carrier setup packets
- •Track loads and handle any issues or delays
- •Build long-term relationships with brokers
- •Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and pickup/delivery locations
Required Skills
Experience working with brokers and load boardsU.S. Mail experience is a big plus and neededStrong negotiation and communication skillsResponsible, proactive, and organized

Notes
- •Broker Setup & Load Booking. This is a street dispatcher position, not just tracking loads.
- •You must actively find freight, set up with brokers, and negotiate rates.
- •Experience with USPS loads is strongly preferred.
- •Experience with 53' dry van
