Responsibilities
- • - Track all active loads in real time - Make scheduled check calls with drivers - Update Amazon on ETA and occured issue if needed - Monitor Amazon system ( on time pickup, in-transit, delivered) - Flag and resolve delays, breakdowns, HOS issues - Clean shift handoff to the next updater
