Safety Specialist

Responsibilities

• •AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED !! • Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance, HOS rules, ELD systems, and trucking safety procedures. • Experience managing driver safety performance, violations, accidents, and compliance investigations. • Ability to develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and corrective action plans. • Experience conducting safety training and driver coaching sessions. • Ability to monitor fleet safety metrics and prepare reports. • High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/safety management systems. • Availability to work night shifts
