Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities

• •Fluent English communication skills with a clear American accent.
• •Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled working hours.
• •Manage and follow up with hot leads to convert them into hires.
• •Conduct outreach and recruitment activities with cold leads.
• •Recruit and onboard Owner-Operators, with a target of hiring at least 6 Owner-Operators per month.
• •Provide consistent follow-up after onboarding to ensure newly hired Owner-Operators are dispatched and actively working.
• •Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with prospective and newly hired drivers.
• •Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
