Responsibilities
- •monitor drivers’ ELDs and logbooks throughout the shift monitor hours of service and prevent HOS violations review and correct logbook errors and missing logs monitor ELD connections and troubleshoot connection issues communicate with drivers regarding ELD and logbook-related issues review unidentified driving and make necessary corrections assist drivers during DOT inspections with ELD transfers and logbook information monitor and resolve ELD violations maintain accurate and up-to-date driver logs communicate with the ELD provider when technical issues occur train new drivers on proper ELD usage and logbook procedures
Required Skills
attention to detail strong communication skills problem-solving skills ability to work under pressure basic computer skills ability to work independently time management strong organizational skills ability to communicate effectively with drivers willingness to learn ELD systems and procedures knowledge of HOS and DOT regulations is a plus
