Responsibilities
- •Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- •Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate driver qualifications and fit
- •Guide candidates through the full hiring process (application, documentation, onboarding)
- •Verify driver credentials, experience, and compliance with company and DOT requirements
- •Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience
- •Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to understand hiring needs and priorities
