Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations.
•Monitor driver compliance, including MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, CDL, and Medical Card requirements.
•Conduct safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
•Track CSA scores, violations, inspections, accidents, and corrective actions.

Required Skills

Knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations and U.S. trucking safety compliance.Experience with CSA, MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, CDL, and Medical Card processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership.
