Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• •• Provide professional customer support to trucking companies and drivers regarding fuel cards and related services.
• •• Assist customers with fuel card activation, deactivation, replacements, restrictions, PIN issues, transaction problems, and other card-related requests.
• •• Investigate and resolve fuel card transaction issues and payment-related inquiries.
• •• Communicate with customers and drivers regarding declined transactions, fueling issues, card limits, and account restrictions.
• •• Monitor and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
• •• Escalate technical, fraud, payment, or account-related issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
