• •can manage Bestpass and PrePass accounts. can arrange drug and alcohol testing through Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, and eScreen. can manage random drug testing programs and random selection lists. can submit drivers’ medical cards to the DMV. understand traffic and DOT violations and can calculate the related points. If a driver receives a citation, can find an attorney and set up the case. can run MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse checks, and can review and understand MVR and PSP reports. can review and understand accident reports. can open and manage insurance claims. can calculate and file IFTA. can file KY, NY, NM, CT, and OR mileage/fuel tax reports. can work with the Ohio IRP system.
