Responsibilities
- •Assist with preparing and processing customer invoices
- •Track incoming payments and update payment records
- •Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
- •Assist with account reconciliation and resolving basic discrepancies
- •Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding billing and payment-related questions
Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting or finance is a plusGood Excel / Google Sheets skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to work with numbers and follow established proceduresBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus
