Responsibilities

  • •Monitor active shipments from pickup to delivery
  • •Track drivers and provide real-time shipment updates
  • •Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
  • •Update load statuses in the TMS and Email
  • •Identify delays and escalate issues promptly
  • •Ensure all shipment information is accurate and up to date
  • •Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Safety teams
  • •Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication
  • •Excellent English and Russian communication skills .
