Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Provide customer service and support to drivers, applicants, and prospective candidates. Assist drivers with navigating online applications, portals, and digital platforms. Respond to questions through phone, email, chat, and online messaging platforms. Guide applicants through registration, application, onboarding, and document submission processes. Assist with driver recruitment activities, including reviewing applications and conducting initial candidate screening. Follow up with applicants regarding missing information, documents, and next steps. Maintain accurate candidate and driver information within online systems and databases. Troubleshoot basic issues related to online applications and account access. Explain recruitment services, application requirements, and processes clearly and professionally. Maintain regular communication with drivers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to resolve driver or applicant concerns. Maintain confidentiality when handling personal and employment-related information. Track inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and completed recruitment activities. Provide a professional and positive customer experience at all stages of the process. Perform other administrative and customer service duties as required.
