Responsibilities
- •Oversee and manage all safety and compliance operations in accordance with FMCSA, DOT, and federal/state regulations
- •Monitor and maintain company CSA scores and implement corrective actions when needed
- •Conduct driver onboarding, safety orientation, and ongoing training programs
- •Review driver qualification files (DQ files) and ensure all documentation is up to date
- •Manage and track driver violations, incidents, and accidents; perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- •Handle accident investigations, including documentation, reporting, and communication with insurance companies
- •Perform internal safety audits and prepare for DOT audits and inspections
- •Manage drug & alcohol testing programs and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- •IFTA, IRP, PERMITS, DATAQ, CLAIMS
Required Skills

Notes
- •Minimum 2+ years of experience in U.S. trucking safety/compliance
- •English proficiency required (IELTS certificate preferred)
