Responsibilities
- •Manage and monitor company drivers and fleet operations
- •Track trucks, loads, routes, and delivery performance
- •Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and customers
- •Monitor HOS and driver productivity
- •Handle daily operational issues and resolve problems quickly
- • Maintain communication with drivers throughout their shifts
- • Monitor truck maintenance and downtime
- • Prepare and review operational reports
Required Skills
• English — intermediate or higherExperience in US trucking/logistics• Previous Fleet Manager or similar experienceStrong communication and problem-solving skills
Required Languages
English
