Responsibilities
- •• Plan and coordinate upcoming driver arrivals
- •• Organize and conduct new-driver orientations
- •• Maintain regular communication with drivers before and after orientation
- •• Work closely with the HR team throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- •• Assist drivers with required documents and onboarding requirements
- •• Answer driver questions and provide ongoing support
- •• Coordinate with safety, dispatch, HR, and management when necessary
- •• Keep driver information and onboarding records organized and up to date
- •• Help ensure every new driver is prepared to start working successfully
Required Skills
• Strong English communication• Professional and responsible attitude• Good organizational and time-management• Ability to communicate with multiple drivers and departments• HR, recruiting, driver orientation, or trucking industry experience is preferred• Bilingual is a plus
