Responsibilities
- •Plan routes based on pickup, delivery, miles, fuel, and driver hours
- • Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and receivers.
- •Solve issues (delays, breakdowns, rescheduling)
- •Handle documents (BOL, POD, invoices)
- • Maintain good relationships with brokers
- •Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills
Required Skills
• Good relationship with brokers.• Should be able to handle stress and to be able to multitask.• Must have his/her own brokersStrong load booking strategy, street load experience, and excellent RPM managementAbility to book lanesAble to work with DAT and Amazon : DRY VAN/PO/FEDEX/UPS/USPS loads. Should be able to adjust to ever changing market rates and try to get the most competitive rates.
