Responsibilities
- •* Manage the company fleet and monitor its condition daily. * Keep PMs, inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on track. * Follow up on PTIs and ensure all units are safe and road-ready. * Identify maintenance issues early and coordinate with shops and vendors. * Verify fleet condition when needed. * Source and help acquire new trucks/units as the company grows.
Required Skills
A strong candidate should ideally be able to: Know what needs to be done → know who needs to do it → follow up until it's done → verify the work → keep the truck moving.
