Responsibilities
- •Oversee driver onboarding, including DQ files, safety orientation, and compliance checks
- •Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, OSHA and state regulations
- •Monitor and audit HOS, ELD logs, and driver activity
- •Develop and deliver driver safety training programs
- •Conduct driver, truck, and trailer file audits
- •Manage NY HUT, New Mexico and Oregon permits and assist with quarterly IFTA reporting
- •Assist with accident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting
- •Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and performance records
- •Analyze safety data to identify trends and improve onboarding and retention
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of FMCSA HOS regulations & DQF complianceExperience with driver onboarding and training developmentExcellent documentation, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting skillsOverseeing fleet safety and regulatory compliance within the U.S. based commercial vehicle operations
