Responsibilities

•At least 3-4 years of experience, no less than 3 years
•Strong and recent knowledge of US geography, major freight markets and common trucking lanes
•Decent English profiency level, good communication and confident speaking skills with brokers/drivers/shippers/clients
•Strong understanding of different TMS tools, load booking platforms like DAT
•Experience in working with various contract drivers: CO, CPM, LO, OO
•Ability to work with decicated lanes, short and long term projects
