Safety Manager

Responsibilities

• •Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT compliance, HOS rules, ELD systems, and trucking safety procedures.
• • Experience managing driver safety performance, violations, accidents, and compliance investigations.
• •Ability to develop and implement safety policies, SOPs, and corrective action plans.
• • Experience conducting safety training and driver coaching sessions.
• •Ability to monitor fleet safety metrics and prepare reports.
• •High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/safety management systems.
• •Availability to work night shifts
